What’s up guys! It’s been a while since my last post. I have just finished up with a couple clients and have been busy creating power point presentations and voice overs for a local high school health class.
The last two months I have been really focusing on listening to what my body needs in regards to exercise. At the age of 41 there is no time to let’s things start to get creaky so to speak. I have focused on doing some type of activity each day such as ELDOA, yoga, jogging, surfing, slow walking, breathing exercises, body weight exercises, and a lot of working-in by reading my Bible and praying.
