The power of sleep is priceless. Sleep is the second subject I go over with a client in my Caldwell Nutrition Coaching program. In my opinion anyone can go to sleep on time if they make it a priority in their life. For athletes of any age sleep is very important for rest and recovery reasons. If you are someone who cannot sleep at all I have different tools I can use to help get your circadian rhythm back on track.
