Good morning people! I finally had my bike tuned up and I took it out for about an hour bike ride on Saturday. I go in phases with my exercise plan. Right now my bike is calling my name so I will be riding different trails over the next few weeks. Make sure that when you start to ride you have someone who can place you on the bike in the best possible position for you. I have lower back issues and I need to have my seat at just the right level for me. Notice my handle bars as well.
