Nothing better then getting out in God’s creation to clear your mind. I just got back from a nice 90 minute paddleboard session. Water was calm, sun blazing and I enjoyed the exercise benefits. Paddleboarding is a full body workout and can be low impact. I like the quote from Laird Hamilton below. The picture is from last winter and you can see my daughter sitting on the front of my board.
