Welcome to my 1:1 Caldwell Nutrition Coaching(CNC) page. I am willing to work with anyone who is willing to put in the work and time to build robust health. I care about each client I work with and walk along their side to help them achieve their personal health goals. I personally have been through different health issues starting at the age of 21 when I was playing college baseball and seemingly out of nowhere hurt my back pitching off a mound. A year later I came down with debilitating intestinal issues caused by the lifestyle I was living at the time. These things didn’t happen by chance. My body was telling me something. It was telling me I needed to make some serious changes in how I was living my life. My health journey led me to become a nutrition, health, exericse practitioner and physical education teacher. I live 100% of what I teach my clients and I look forward to working with you!

Anyone who would like to learn about how working-“in” and “working-“out” can improve your health or can push you deeper into sickness. I will teach you what your body needs in regards to exercise at this very moment.
